At Superior Fence & Rail, we specialize in residential and commercial fence installations.
Our warehouse is a crucial part of our operation, where materials are received, prepared, and organized for daily installations.
We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure that materials are efficiently prepped for our subcontractors to install fences across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Operate a forklift to unload materials from trucks and move materials around the warehouse and yard.
Use a router to drill holes into vinyl posts and prepare fencing materials for installation.
Organize and stage materials for daily installation jobs, ensuring subcontractors can load their trucks quickly and efficiently.
Verify outgoing materials each day and ensure accuracy for each job order.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety and productivity standards.
Identify, separate, label, and store materials as directed.
Ensure proper handling and cutting of fencing materials, following company safety protocols.
Qualifications: Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain focus on accuracy and organization.
Warehouse and Forklift Experience: Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
Knowledgeable and Willing to Learn: Capable of learning the products we use and efficiently locating materials within the shop and yard.
Safety-Minded: Ability to follow and adhere to all applicable safety regulations and protocols.
Independent and Proactive: Strong ability to work autonomously while managing daily tasks.
