Responsibilities
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations.Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to improve field operations.Coordinate setup and support for newly opened warehouse operations.Innovate and apply efficient operational processes to enhance productivity.Lead training programs aimed at enhancing the operational skills of the team.Monitor performance and devise strategies for effective cost control and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with exposure to B2B & B2C operations and importing.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Willingness to travel within the USA over 40%Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable. The base pay range for this role is between $26.44 - $33.65/Hour, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
