Lead the Pack: Join Us as a Warehouse Supervisor! Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $28.85 - $30.28/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Centennial, CO

Temp-to-Hire What you will do: Supervises, trains, and supports all warehouse personnel.
Adheres to and enforces proper safety standards.
Arranges pickup of shipments in accordance with customer specifications for delivery.
Receives all incoming material through proper procedure.
Maintains daily outgoing and incoming shipment logs.
Obtains required documentation for each shipment, such as certification from Quality department, invoicing and any other required documentation.
Prints, reviews and reports on customer requirements daily.
Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory for all material classifications.
Maintains adherence to FIFO.
Reviews and sets daily priorities based on customer due dates.
Assists Engineering in the shipment of sample parts.
Contacts and coordinates carriers for pickups daily.
Coordinates all logistics for material staging and finished goods between manufacturing and warehousing.
Provides accurate reporting to Upper Management
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience
Speaks, reads and writes English
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to follow detailed directions
Forklift certified
Candidate must have demonstrated data entry skills
Candidate must have highly effective communication skills
Computer proficiency
ERP experience preferred
Dependable and self-motivated
Able to work with a diverse group of people
Strong team player, friendly, patient
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; talk or listen
The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding and assembling small parts.
Repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of standing required.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
