The Opportunity: The Warehouse Technician will report directly to the Director of Production and is primarily responsible for assisting in all facets of warehouse operations. This role is an integral part of JuneShine Brand's success ensuring that our product is received, stored, loaded and orders are built to be shipped accurately. This role will work mainly out of our Scripps Ranch location with additional duties at our Poway warehouse location as assigned. We are currently reviewing applications and will begin scheduling interviews during the week of January 6th, 2025. Who You Are: You are no stranger to warehouse operations, where things move and change quickly. When assigned a task, you execute with detail and safety first, using your problem solving abilities and forward thinking skills, all while staying organized and communicating as needed to your manager. You get the job done! In This Role You Will: • Drive product(s) between various JuneShine brewing locations to cold storage facilities • Assemble and organize purchase orders in totality and in a punctual manner for shipment to distributors • Facilitate receipt and transfer of inbound raw materials in accordance with standard operating procedures • Maintain an orderly and safe warehouse under the direction of the Warehouse Manager • Maintain correct inventory count for all finished goods in the warehouse • Correctly complete and input all inventory transactions into EKOS • Provide support to canning line as needed • Assist in all facets of warehouse operations • Maintain coldbox organization and cleanliness • Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse leadership team Must Haves: • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application • Must be willing to work an alternative workweek schedule: 4-day/10-hr shifts with flexibility to work varying schedules, including, mornings, evenings, overtime, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed. • Minimum of one-year prior professional warehouse experience required • Minimum of one-year prior forklift experience required • Able to work at our Scripps Ranch and Poway warehouse facilities on a rotating schedule • Pallet jack experience preferred • Able to lift 50 pounds • Able to be on feet for 8 hours at a time • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company Compensation: Full-Time, Hourly ($21.00), Non-Exempt Additional: • Paid Time Off • Healthcare Benefits; up to 90% contribution for employees and 25% for dependent medical. • Voluntary vision, dental, and accidental plans offered. • 401k with up to 4% company match. • 12 weeks paid Equal Parental Leave, $500 Baby Bonding Bucks, and sustainable baby gift. • Booch, Spirit, Beer, and Soft Good Perks. • And so much more!
