Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the operation and organization of shipping, receiving, and warehousing departments for a 24/7 production environment.


Essential Functions: Receives, processes, organizes, and stores inbound inventory.
Inspects products for damage and reports as needed.
Organizes and stores finished goods from production.
Checks to ensure materials are properly marked and labeled.
Ships finished goods to customers.
Communicates with management about shipping schedule.
Organizes pallet storage, tracking the pallet count to ensure pallets are not stolen.
Completes paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials.
Conducts inventory maintenance including cycle counts, quarterly inventories, Purchase Order Number creation, and data management in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as type, style, or product code.
Assists with tracking inventory using automated systems.
Learns new automated systems as these systems are integrated into company processes.
