Job Description:Taproom deliveries Preparing and delivering kegs, cases, merch and other supplies to tasting rooms. Safely securing these items in the van Organizing beer orders for taprooms based of their EODsSafe and efficient delivery and pick up of beer and suppliesRepresent the company in a professional manner while on the roadHelp maintain the organization of each taproom's coldboxMaintain taproom supplies and notify FOH operations when reorders are neededPick up and drop off bank drops and mailDistribution Prepare distribution orders Print sales orders from netsuite Build orders based on SOs - kegs, cases, glassware, coasters, or taphandlesPrint BOLs for distribution pallets and label each palletLoad trucks with beer safely so loads are balancedUnload empty kegs, pallets and other supplies from distributor trucksWarehousing Perform inventory counts and adjustments on finished packaged goods, merchandise, glassware and other supplies.Keeping the warehouse organized - rotating FIFO for packaged goodsUnload shipments of packaging materials, brewing raw ingredients and other supplies.Prepare packages for shipmentMaintain recycling containers Preparing sales requests for samples, glassware, or other suppliesCleaning and maintaining jockey boxes for eventsAssist with employee beer requests and investor beer requestsPicking up gas cylinders for brewing processCharging and watering forkliftsKeep the dock area clean under the ramp and load in areaKeep the cold box clean and organized considering brewing, packaging, warehouse and events all use it.
