In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of cyber wargames and tabletop exercises aimed at assessing the resilience of critical Department of Defense (DoD) missions.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with a diverse team to plan and execute engaging cyber wargames and tabletop exercises.
Take the lead in coordinating operations, scheduling, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in analyzing courses of action, developing strategies, and refining organizational processes and procedures.
Act as the liaison between the client, Combatant Commanders, and DoD services or agencies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
What You Bring:
You have at least 1 year of experience in operational planning, wargaming, or defense strategy.
Your knack for analytical writing and stakeholder engagement sets you apart, and you're comfortable briefing military or civilian leaders.
You're a team player who thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with engineers, analysts, scientists, and military members.
Holding a Top Secret clearance is a must for this role.
While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we value experience and military background too.
Additional Skills That Will Make You Stand Out:
Experience with exercise and training activities, including tabletop exercises or professional analytic wargaming.
Knowledge of defense industrial base partners, supply chain risk management, or defense critical infrastructure.
Familiarity with cybersecurity or cyber mission forces is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
