Hyundai Santa Monica is looking for a skilled Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team!
If you have experience with warranty claims, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.


Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data Qualifications Required: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator in a dealership setting.
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator with Hyundai/Kia is preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and strong time management skills.
Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
Compensation The estimated hourly range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00.
