\n Job Responsibilities:Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roofExcellent technical abilitiesValley repairRidge repairChimney flashingFascia repairPipe flashingsSidingMinor carpentry workOn roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position) Requirements:Must have clean driving recordMust have reliable transportation to workMust have small hand tools (all other tools provided)Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionallyGreat communication skills with both customers & co-workersAbility to manage time and schedule efficientlyBe able to work early mornings and late eveningsMust have residential roofing experience Preferred Skills:Construction backgroundEPDM, TPC, other Flat RoofMetal work Schedule10 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday, some weekends Benefits Offered:401(k) with 2% mathDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid time offPaid holidays (8)Referral programEmployee discount
