Wastewater Engineer (Hybrid)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wastewater Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, designing, and managing wastewater treatment and collection systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position offers hybrid flexibility.
\n Responsibilities:Design and Engineering:Develop and design wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations.Prepare engineering calculations, construction plans, and technical specifications.Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis of wastewater systems.Project Management:Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.Compliance and Permitting:Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.Prepare and submit permit applications and support regulatory approval processes.Inspection and Maintenance Support:Oversee construction activities and perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.Provide recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, and maintenance strategies.Research and Innovation:Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in wastewater treatment and conveyance.Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
