Key Responsibilities Review and assess new product designs from the Product Development team Review and provide feedback on design concepts (technical assessment report)Review product drawings for accuracyPerform sample builds to assess product for manufacturability and quality - all to optimize production and quality output Photo samples and project builds Complete project sample and photo sample builds as required for product development teamProvide feedback on all builds Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects Provide technical insight and input into production issues and continuous improvement projects Provide support to the repair team Assist with in-line repair for mechanical movements and/or CSR as needed Qualifications 2+ years in related field Watchmaking certification Sampling of Total Rewards Program: Compensation type: SalaryCompensation:Compensation can be negotiated based on previous experience & qualifications.STIP (short-term incentive plan) eligibilityPaid Time-off:10 Corporate Holidays 15 Vacation days (accrued)2 Volunteer daysBenefits:Medical, dental & vision - click here to view our full package!
