Wealth Advisor

Our team is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join a local Wealth Advisory team out of Brookfield, WI. Responsibilities: Deepen existing client relationships, and mine existing client base for referrals Lead meetings with clients and prospects as primary advisor Ability to CLOSE leads and provide high-touch, personalized service Lead planning and relationship management, including day-to-day client needs and formal reviews Work closely with local leadership to increase the awareness of the firm, capabilities, and service offerings Develop referral networks and participate in firm-wide business development activities Collaborate with associates and team to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented. Education/Qualifications Requires a 4-year degree Advanced designation required (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.) Series 65 7+ years of experience within the wealth management industry Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral & written Ability to manage multiple projects at once Engagement in the broader community, be an active participation in financial planning community
