WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Client Services Manager who will lead a team of client service representatives to deliver exceptional, proactive service to valued client relationships.
The successful candidate will supervise a client services team focused on working with clients in our Wealth Management division.
Primary responsibilities may include the following, amongst others:
Lead a team of 10 to 15 client service team representatives responsible for delivering exceptional, proactive service to valued client relationshipsBuild an intentional, purposive relationship with financial advisors, consistently requesting feedback on client service teammates and overall service levelsAssist client service team representatives and financial advisors with complex issues and projects including client related assignments, projects, and inquiriesSets expectations for client service team representatives to monitor metrics and service standardsContributes to initiatives supporting and advancing the overall client experienceInspire, mentor, and foster growth with client service representatives to achieve professional developmentShares ideas and awareness regarding client matters with peers and colleagues to contribute to company initiatives and to maintain a focus of continuous improvementEncourage collaboration with colleagues within and outside of the client service department to cultivate a spirit of teamwork and partnershipManage team goals and objectivesPerforms other duties and special projects as required; may travel 25% Minimum Qualifications: 5-7 years' experience working in client service in the investment advisory, brokerage, or financial services industry2 years management experience or equivalent leadership experience; 4+years management experience preferred Desired Qualifications/Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to ideas that support growthExcellent working knowledge of investment industryExperience working with administration of individual investment accountsPrioritization skills: ability to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneouslyExtremely organized; keeps accurate and detailed recordsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to design spreadsheets using formulas, linking cells, and graphing functionsExcellent math skills and the ability to grasp financial/investment conceptsAnalytical thinker and problem-solver WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
