Wealth Management Director

Newfound Associates is a Massachusetts based executive search firm that specializes in Wealth Management recruitment. We are presently conducting a Wealth Management Director search for a well-established Northern New England Registered Investment Advisory firm with relationships throughout VT, NH, Western MA and Upstate NY.
This is a planning-oriented RIA of $90MM and the Director will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, plan preparation/reviews and business growth. This role will have 2 direct reports including administrative support. The firm offers a holistic planning process which includes investment selection, retirement planning, tax/estate planning, education planning, cash flow/budgeting, stock diversification and charitable giving strategies.
The ideal candidate will preferably have a CFP, 8 to 20 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. The successful individual must be well-organized, technology proficient, a good communicator and team player as the RIA is an integral part of a larger financial services business. Our client offers a very competitive base salary plus bonus and a comprehensive benefit plan.
