Position Summary: The Wealth Manager is responsible for providing assistance to the Wealth Management Department in an effort to fulfill the needs of our clients.
This position has responsibility for managing existing client relationships, formulating and implementing advice, and will begin to develop new client relationships.
This position will often work with, train and lead other staff members in client service delivery.
Responsibilities include: data gathering, modeling, case design, scenario building, plan development, and presentation development and delivery.
This position will participate in client meetings and offer advice under the supervision of Senior Wealth Managers and Partners.
This position may also involve working cross-departmentally with other Boulay Departments to effectively accomplish projects and tasks.

Prepare client financial plans and presentations for review by Senior Wealth Managers and Partners Begin to lead client relationship development and management, including regular client contact and communications Manage client services, including financial planning processes, investment implementation strategies, planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews, and new opportunity identification Gather, organize, and synthesize client data within a financial planning context Prepare and present financial scenarios Initiates and proactively drives the financial planning process Assist in the portfolio management process Assist with 401(k) Plan marketing and servicing Prepare documents for client meetings Prepare and navigate financial planning software prior to and during client meetings Attend client meetings in a technical, supporting and learning role Begin to lead development of client communications Lead clients' 401(k) enrollment and educational meetings Manage correspondence with service providers, including resolution of service requests Assist with tax planning and compliance Research technical issues Communicate with advisor or clients when necessary to initiate or follow-up on planning engagements Provide planning recommendations and communicate them effectively with the advisor and/or client Requirements Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting or related degree 6+ years of related experience Solid track record of career achievements and work quality CFP® Certification Sound understanding of general stock market, mutual fund, financial planning, and economic terminologies with a firm grasp of the financial planning process.
