Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and confident Web Chat Assistant to join our team at O'Reilly Automotive in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time associate level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance with their automotive needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through web chat in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
6. Utilize strategic planning and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales role.
2. Excellent written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately.
3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Comfortable using technology and online chat platforms.
6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
7. Confident and approachable demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
8. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed.
