Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a resilient and independent Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via online chat to assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat- Assist guests with booking reservations and providing information about hotel amenities- Resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure a positive experience- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with guests- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of web chat services- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of customer service

Requirements:- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace- Independent and able to work effectively without constant supervision- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
