Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through live chat interactions on our website. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate and timely information. Additionally, you will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries and provide support- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
