**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze customer needs and concerns to offer tailored solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions in the database for future reference.
- Monitor chat volume and manage the queue effectively to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on product and service updates, as well as industry trends, to provide the best support possible.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to developing strategies for enhancing web chat efficiency and effectiveness.
- Uphold GE's commitment to high standards of integrity, professionalism, and quality in all interactions.

**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat or digital support environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to make independent decisions that positively impact customer interactions and service outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and guide peers in a supportive manner.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Proficient in using chat software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other digital communication tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.
