Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Tesla, working remotely from Houston, Texas. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and promote our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online chat to provide information and assistance- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints- Promote Tesla's products and services, upselling where appropriate- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide creative solutions- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications- Experience in customer service or sales preferred- Presentation and people management skills are a plus
