Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

As a Web Chat Associate at Edison International, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in New York City, New York. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are independent, dedicated, adaptable, and have strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage incoming web chats from customers and provide prompt and accurate responses- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to products and services- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant tools- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
