We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Associate to join our team at Calpine. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Washington, D.C., US, with entry-level seniority and no previous experience required. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through chat services, ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner via online chat services- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries- Understand and effectively communicate product information and company policies- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
