Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team at AmerisourceBergen in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor web chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Train and supervise web chat agents to maintain a high level of service quality- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of web chat interactions and make improvements as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize the web chat platform- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of the web chat system- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Requirements:- 7 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Adaptable and confident personality traits- Proficiency in research and people management soft skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
