Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of web chat operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
