Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Unity Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in Seattle, Washington, US. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities:- Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information and support- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Help customers troubleshoot technical issues with Unity products- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements:- Motivated and energetic personality- Excellent time management skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to communicate effectively with customers- Basic knowledge of Unity products is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent
