Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer, working from home in San Diego, California. This position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport with customers- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services through persuasive communication techniques- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets- Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages within a designated time frame- Use strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database

Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Confident and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer decisions- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and digital communication tools- Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
