Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Columbus, Ohio, US. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative to escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times, representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- Must possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Proven track record of working well under pressure and meeting established KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Experience with CRM software or other chat platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
