Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ingredion is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role will be remote work, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Independent and energetic personality traits
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
