Web Chat Representative - Work From Home

Rappi is seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Representative to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time, work-from-home position suitable for individuals at an Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

As a Web Chat Representative at Rappi, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.
