Crown Holdings is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Use excellent communication skills to provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Driven and energetic personality- Strong leadership skills- Excellent time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in typing and using web chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required
