Web Designer - Locs

Web Designer Personnel Qualifications At least three (3) years of experience. Highly proficient in using task order technologies.  Capabilities Demonstrated experience in web design/development techniques. Proficient in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and table-less site markup. Knowledge of object-oriented development languages. Experience with developing accessible (Section 508 compliant) applications/components. Building highly efficient, dynamic, data driven, and scalable browser-based User Interfaces (UIs) and Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) within the Flash environment.
