We are seeking a talented, hands-on Web Producer to create, activate and optimize best-in-class web experiences for candidates seeking hourly jobs with our client.
This candidate should have a sound understanding of UI/UX standards and responsive design, iterating and improving continually to improve the user experience.
This Producer will also be a key owner and communicator of the Web Experience team project roadmap and request intake mechanism.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, data-driven, customer-centric and technically proficient digital content producer that bridges the gap between content management and project management.
A DAY IN THE LIFE The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, who loves solving tough problems, and who has a deep passion for building world-class customer experiences.
You will spend your day working cross-functionally to define, build, and test additions and updates to our web experience.
You will be authoring and publishing content directly in our CMS and maintaining digital assets.
You will be the voice of the candidate as you work with strategists, analysts, and designers to build the pages that move our users through the hiring process.
You will be communicating best practices, project updates, and strategic direction with partners and leadership.
You will work with the head of Web Experience to define standards and organize projects, helping to train and mentor a global Production team and ensure projects are moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with key stakeholders to develop, publish and manage online content using our client's CMS technology.
Apply knowledge of UX, UI, HTML/CSS, and Personalization/Automation to create engaging web experiences.
Partner with engineering teams to solve website problems, find user experience opportunities, test new features, and serve as a liaison for the business's dev requests.
Manage projects involving web experience updates, creating ways of working and establishing program standards with the Head of Web Experience.
Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, especially Creative, UX, and Strategy.
Create and manage a library of web templates, SOPs, and CMS job aides.
Leverage analytics and insights to determine appropriate content, user flows, and timing for content refreshes.
Consult with internal teams to help find solutions and guide them towards best practices.
Communicate effectively up and down the leadership chain including reporting to senior leaders, team project planning, and working with requestors directly.
Exercise a high level of judgment to move requests through our internal workflow efficiently.
Effectively anticipate issues and proactively help generate solutions.
Test website functionality and check for errors or inconsistencies with rigorous quality standards.
Implement and enforce ADA website accessibility standards and best practices.
Recognize and implement SEO and Lifecycle marketing opportunities, working with these partners on related standards and best practices.
Utilize Analytics and performance data to recommend and implement improvements.
Work both independently and as part of a team to manage and complete projects for multiple stakeholders typically under tight deadlines.
Proactively recommend creative solutions, enhancements, and uncover opportunities that align to business objectives within technical capabilities.
Establish and optimize internal workflows.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $39 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
