Welders

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Experienced Welders in Holly, MI.
All welders are required to take a weld test which may include vertical, horizontal, and flat welds.
Pay is weekly with options for direct deposit.
Employees will have the opportunity to earn an attendance bonus of an $1.40/hour for reporting on time and every day they're scheduled.
Pay Rate: $18.45-$21.10/hr.


Some job requirements include:


Must pass weld test MIG & TIG welding Steel-toed boots and jeans for all positions Candidates must pass criminal background check and drug test (company is no longer testing for THC for new hires!
) We are currently recruiting for future openings on the following shifts (shift premium for 2nd shift and attendance bonus offered to employees with perfect attendance!)- 1st shift: 7:00-3:30pm Monday-Friday with occasional mandatory Saturdays 2nd shift: 4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday with occasional mandatory Saturdays shift premium on 2nd shift
There is a potential for the positions to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc.

After 6 months hired in direct, associates qualify for 401k, 401k match during the next open enrollment.
