Welding Quality Inspector

summary Seeking a Full Time Quality Inspector Candidate in our Canton Location Pay:$ 23-$26 Per Hour Shift:1stShift Duties & Responsibilities experience with blue print Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplies performance Select output sample and check them using the appropriate methods measuring dimensions, testing functionally, and comparing to specifications Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final to specifications Maintain records of inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records Inspect procedure of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with Quality & safety standards Monitor the use of gages and testing equipment to ensure it is safe and well maintained.
Prepare QC reports.
Recommend improvements to the production / Quality processes.
When requested, teach the production team about quality control concepts to improve product quality.
Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.
Initiate and process Non-Conforming Material Reports.
Identify (tag) discrepant / suspect material until dispositioned.
