Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Associate Attorney, with a focus on white collar defense, government investigations, internal investigations, and Compliance Assessments.
Proven track record of successfully defending clients in white collar criminal cases.
Exceptional analytical, research, and oral and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex disputes in a favorable manner for clients.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering high-quality legal services.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
