Wholesale Buyer

POSITION SUMMARY
The mission of the Wholesale Buyer is to create the best-in-market, on-trend assortment for our Wholesale partners that achieve Sales and Margin Targets and help develop the buying methodology for current and potential future wholesale partners.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR WHOLESALE BUYER:
-Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in the proper demographic and seasonality across current and coming wholesale partners
-Drive and analyze daily/weekly sales, bestsellers, present findings and suggest actions
-Propose ranges in line with company focuses, seasonality and SKU count needs
-Comprehensively analyze current and historical sales data in order to select the best possible ranges across all partners
-Maintain a healthy margin based on vendor cost and retailer initial mark-up agreement
-Work closely with the Wholesale Manager and Wholesale Sales Admin on coordination of PO execution and tracking and with the Supply Chain and Logistics team to ensure proper compliance and on time delivery of goods 
-Visit partner stores/sites regularly to get to know styles in real life and understand how the product offering is executed for their customers
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Buying experience
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Team player and ability to work collaboratively
-Flexible and adaptable with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
-A passion for fashion!!
SALARY BANDING: 85-100k
