**Position Overview:**
Are you passionate about fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth? As an Account Executive at our company, you'll be the cornerstone of client management in your assigned territory. Your role involves nurturing existing relationships while seeking out new opportunities to expand our network. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Wholesale & Correspondent Lending team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate prospects through various channels, leveraging your network and cold calling techniques.
- Travel to client sites and industry events to maintain regular contact and explore new partnership avenues.
- Champion our suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs and market demands.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, maximizing the value of every relationship.
- Partner with Operations to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling presentations to both prospective and existing clients, showcasing the value we bring.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our offerings effectively.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**Professional Experience/Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience in Mortgage TPO Sales, with a strong grasp of Agency guidelines and loan programs.
- Proficiency in computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with various loan types, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM.
- Knowledge of Asset Depletion, DSCR, and Warehouse Lines is advantageous.
