MacArthur Co. is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Window and Door Sales Specialist at our Little Chute, WI. branch. This person will assist in the sales aspects of our window and door lines to contractors and new home builders.
Responsibilities: Support the daily sales operations in all facets of the sale.Learn our products and the competition's products and be able to discuss strengths and weaknesses with customers.Work with contractors and vendors to provide timely and accurate quotes.Work with contractors, vendors, and warehouse personnel to coordinate orders and repairs.Work with the sales team and vendors to secure new and existing business.Make sure internal paperwork is performed accurately and timely.Make sure customer invoices are accurate and billed on time.Job Requirements: Strong organizational skills.Commitment and enthusiasm to learn and service the customer.Ability to work with others and have a positive team-oriented attitude.Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Proficient math skills.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Previous window and door experience Preferred Qualifications: In-person sales experience.Experience in the construction industry.Ability to read blueprints and do a window takeoff from a plan.Knowledge and familiarity with reading specs.Experience with window and door manufacturer quoting programs.Experience with PlanSwift software.
