The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our client's mission critical network infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Windows equipment and technology. Responsibilities: * Design, build, and maintain mission critical, high availability network infrastructure, focusing on Windows equipment and technology. * VMWare system migrations, disk configurations, and VSphere administration tasks. * Conduct thorough performance analysis and optimization of the network infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. * Troubleshoot complex network problems, identifying root causes and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure seamless integration of network services with other systems. * Monitor network performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in network engineering, evaluating their potential impact on our infrastructure and making recommendations for improvements. Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Windows equipment and technology. * A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (master's degree preferred). * Deployment and management of virtual server systems within a VMWare environment. * VMWare resource monitoring, alarm and notification troubleshooting * .Management of Microsoft Windows patching with Windows Server Update Services * Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders. Our estimated salary range for this position is $85,600-$120,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
