WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Partner and Align with internal teams (ie. Nike Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmaps
Core competency in Wireless Mobility Services (ie. Mobile phones/tables, plans, features and technical knowledge)
Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and services
Write knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services
Communicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needs
Serve as an escalation point for customers
Analyze and implement efficient IT process
Gather feedback from end users to continue process improvement
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiatives
Accountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globally
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirement
Proven experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
Experience in project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of system database and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build presentation deck, think strategically and communicate to a large audience
Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendors
Collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning
