Wireless Technology and Signal Processing DirectorKey Role:Conceptualize, develop, and lead a wireless communications technology project using first analysis and applied engineering methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the company's strategies and business goals. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision and maintain responsibility for the supervision and development of first level supervisors and managers.Basic Qualifications:15+ years of experience in a technical leadership role that combines functional, business strategy, and equity expertiseKnowledge of digital signals processing, detection theory, signals classifications, RF testing, software defined radios, or machine learningKnowledge of functional domains, including timing and synchronization, data science, high power compute, or CUDA signal processing librariesAbility to direct and align own work and work of junior and senior technical staff to business strategy and client technical objectivesAbility to quickly acquire and retain expertise in technical disciplines and synthesize it into ongoing projectsTop Secret clearanceBachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with intelligence, military, or government service or 15+ years of experience with intelligence, military, or government service in lieu of a degreeAdditional Qualifications:Ability to convey complex technical concepts simply to non-technical audiencesAbility to demonstrate a high degree of technical precision in work through succinct presentations, engineering reviews, and technical briefingsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
