WMS SUPPORT ENGINEER
Guide and collaborate with L1-L3 WMS support teams.
Provide technical assistance and resolution guidance to DC Operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for support issues and upgrades.
Perform initial issue triage and escalate as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.
Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and process improvements.
Document and track incident trends.
Create and update knowledge articles.
Support new feature releases and provide hypercare.
Work flexible hours for Second Shift (3 pm - 11 pm EST).
Experience and Skills:
Expertise in supply chain logistics and distribution, preferably healthcare.
Strong technical background in Blue Yonder WMS.
Proficient in evaluating WMS Trace files.
2+ years in Blue Yonder WMS development (MOCA commands, Integrator, Reports, Labels).
Experience in functional configuration, policy management, job maintenance, and interface event management.
2+ years of production support experience.
Proficient in Linux OS, command line operations, and Oracle Databases/SQL.
Experience with incident management, change management, and Jira tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Associate or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering Science.
Attention to detail and highly organized.
Experience with WES/WCS automation integration.
Compensation: $65.00 per hour
