Who We're Looking For? Do you like to create engaging, informative, and user-friendly websites? Are you excited about combining your technical web design skills with your passion for digital marketing? Then this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and a commitment to our mission of financial empowerment. This role involves managing our website and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
Responsibilities: Input blog articles and perform website updates for OneUnited's website.Design and update web pages using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and the Elementor theme.Implement and manage digital advertising tracking through Google Tag Manager.Monitor and analyze web performance metrics.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.Support the development and execution of the Bank's marketing communications content including blog posts, eBooks, online advertising, and website content.Monitor and optimize the performance of the Bank's website, including SEO and load speeds, with reporting and analysis on key metrics.Edit, write, or design website content, collaborating with the content creation team.Maintain an understanding of the latest web design trends and programming practices, and identify new opportunities in web technologies/trends for the Bank to utilize for customer acquisition and brand awareness.Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and excel in a fast-paced, high production environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Web Development, related field, or equivalent work experience.Ability to work full time in our Miami office (This is not a remote position).Demonstrable experience working within WordPress environments.Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and most up-to-date optimization best practices.Deep understanding of researching and aggregating keyword and keyword phrases' data and the relevant research tools (Moz, SemRush, Ahrefs).Dedicated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.High degree of independent judgment and problem-solving skills.Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.Experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with digital advertising tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixels/Events Manager.Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop a PLUS.The Bank is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and does not discriminate with regard to applicants or employees with disabilities, and will make reasonable accommodation when necessary.

Salary Range: $2,230.77 - $2,615.38/Biweekly, Which annualizes to $58,000.00-68,000.00
