About the Role: As a Technical Account Manager, you're stepping into a role where you'll be the bridge between our awesome technical team and our valuable clients. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that our clients get the most out of our technical solutions and services. It's a dynamic position where you'll be wearing many hats and making a real impact on our clients' success.
In this role, you will: Manage the technical delivery within our existing accounts.Work closely with account management and technical leads to ensure smooth operations.Be the voice of our delivery model, explaining its value to current and potential clients.Engage in technical discussions with clients, helping them navigate software development challenges and providing expert recommendations.What You Bring to the Table: We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience at the engineering manager or director level is a plus. We want someone who can think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. Leadership skills are key; we need someone who can lead teams of software developers and engineers to success. Subject matter expertise in a couple of verticals is a bonus!
