Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.Minimum of 2 years of Adv Comp/HCM Implementations.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.Bonus points if you have: 4 years of Talent/Performance, Comp, or Benefits Implementations.Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes.Experience in Education & Government implementations.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
