As a Workday Financials Data Conversion Lead, your primary responsibilities may include the following:
Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresLead workshops for client educationConduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirementsLead in architecting Workday FINs Data Conversion solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigatedAdvise clients on industry standards and leading practicesDemonstrate design options through the use of prototypingUnderstand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologiesTravel Requirements
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
