We're seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support critical Workday initiatives, optimize system functionality, and ensure data accuracy. This role requires a Workday expert who can deliver immediate results, streamline processes, and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities: Workday Optimization: Manage and refine key Workday modules, including Finance, Procurement, Talent, and Advanced Compensation, ensuring accurate data management and streamlined workflows. Reporting & Analytics: Deliver actionable insights through Workday reports to support strategic decision-making. Integrations: Collaborate on integrations with systems such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, and Lessonly, ensuring seamless connectivity. System Maintenance & Support: Conduct audits, resolve issues, and implement updates to maintain system accuracy and compliance. Process Improvements: Identify and address process gaps to enhance efficiency and user experience. Documentation & Training: Maintain system configuration documentation and provide user training as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of Workday HCM Core experience with expertise in the following key modules: Finance, Procurement, and Talent. Proven ability to generate insights through Workday reporting and analytics. Familiarity with cross-functional integrations (e.g., Zendesk, Greenhouse). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee's manager and the People team. While we will try our best to support relocation requests, some requests may not be approved due to various tax, legal, or other restrictions.
Enjoy Remote and Explore: Employees authorized to work in their current location may Work Away for up to a total of 30 (thirty) working days in a calendar year without permanent relocation and compensation change.
