• Minimum of 6 years of Workday product experience• Bachelor's Degree required• Master's Degree preferred• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science• Preferred Workday Services functional certification(s)• Extensive experience in managing client needs and Workday implementations• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration elements• Strong communication and project management skills• Experience supervising teams and providing feedback
