The associate will manage the legal defense of claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.

Position Requirements: Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing.Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system and superior writing, research, and analytical skills.Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus.Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
