Workers' Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Arizona Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our client's team. This role involves handling workers compensation claims efficiently and in compliance with Arizona state regulations. Compensation $80,000 to $90,000 Annual base salary (based on experience) Annual bonus potential Flex schedule and ability to work remotely Competitive benefits Responsibilities: Handle and manage workers compensation claims from initial report to final resolution. Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, employers, and medical professionals, and gathering relevant documentation. Determine compensability and establish appropriate reserves based on case facts and state regulations. Review medical records and treatment plans to assess claim validity and return-to-work readiness. Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties as necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience handling workers compensation claims in Arizona. Strong knowledge of Arizona workers compensation laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple claims and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
